Completely renewed, sporting a dynamic tread design. Matches a racing bike, as well as a classic urban road bike. Available in a wide range of sizes and colors.
PureGrip Compound Based on activated silica compounds, this technology was initially intended to be a performance level compound, but after intensive development at our Korbach R&D center, a new advanced formula with exceptional grip and properties off-road has been developed. This new rubber compound, self-explanatoryly named "PureGrip", is ranked just behind our BlackChili compound and is used in our performance products in both the road and mountain bike sectors. While providing excellent grip, it is also durable and very durable - two characteristics of Continental tires, which are exclusively manufactured at the Hefei (Asia) factory.
Suitable for e-bikes For our e-bike tires, we draw on over 100 years of experience with moped and motorcycle tires. All our city/touring tires are rated for a standard speed of at least 25 km/h. Those marked e50 are also certified for S-Pedelecs. Thanks to their high-quality structure, puncture protection is high and rolling resistance is low, providing protection against premature wear due to the additional propulsion force.
