For optimal adaptation of the sliding properties to all lengths ranging from 149 to 170 cm, the Kenja 88 will be equipped this season with Tailored Carbon Tip tips and a Tailored Titanal Frame. What does that mean ? The Tailored Titanal Frame integrated into many models in the Titanal freeride ski range is the result of the development of the earlier Titanal frame. This design allows the width of the upper Titanal frame to be adapted to the length of the ski. The resulting torsional rigidity and damping properties can thus be tuned to the specific characteristics of the skier. Since small skis are made from a smaller proportion of Titanal, the smallest and lightest among us will also have the opportunity to get the most out of these skis while producing a minimum of effort. The Kenja 88 offers a particularly versatile field of use, in particular thanks to its new Tailored Carbon Tip tips. Carbon fibers applied using the Tailored Fiber Placement (TFP) technique enable optimal control of cornering behavior. The thickness and arrangement of the fibers determine the level of force and accumulation of energy required, in the precise areas where the need arises. The great agility offered by the spatula effect proves particularly beneficial here. This means that this ski allows you to turn from the start of the turn, with ease and control.
