Our Technologies

CAS SHELL: The CAS shell is anatomically shaped to fit the foot's morphology. This provides a better fit from the start. The small dimples on the shell's exterior reduce surface tension, making it easier to thermoform and customize. The shell retains its new shape longer.

CAS LINER: CAS has revolutionized the world of ski boots in terms of fit and customization. The liners are anatomically shaped for optimal comfort and excellent heel support. The interior of the liner is molded to fit the foot, while the exterior conforms perfectly to the profile of the shell. The material, composed of dual-density microcells, is durable and easily customizable. CAS liners are less prone to deformation and maintain their fit for a long time.

CUSTOMIZATION OF SLIPPERS
THERMOFORMING
In the oven: 80°C/8 minutes.
PUNCHING (INCREASING VOLUME)
The microcellular material can be heated and punched in the most critical areas.
GRINDING (INCREASING VOLUME)
In the most critical areas, the microcellular material can be ground down to 2 mm.
ADJUSTMENT KIT (VOLUME REDUCTION)
It is possible to glue pre-cut pieces of the CAS Fit kit to reduce the volume of the liner.

T-RIDE: HIGH PERFORMANCE WALKING SYSTEM
The T-Ride system is fully integrated into the boot design. It's a solid connection between the cuff and the shell that provides the perfect combination of downhill performance and uphill touring capabilities.

• POWER LOCK STRAP: The Power Lock strap offers greater control and precision. The hook prevents the strap from fully opening, saving you time.

  The new hinge point allows frictionless hiking, so you can hike more with less energy.

• ECO DESIGN: The possibility of obtaining a regenerated material with homogeneous and known mechanical characteristics allows a wider use of the second generation material in the production of new ski boots.

• MATERIAL TRACEABILITY PROGRAM: The QR code will provide an accurate description of all materials used in the production of the specific ski boot, allowing for more accurate and consistent regeneration of these materials. This will result in better quality and greater reusability in the production of new ski boots.
