Orders and Returns Policies

Returns policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, an exchange for an item of the same value or a refund is possible. Boutique Garceau undertakes to pay delivery costs for a return if the merchandise is received damaged or if there is an error in the order. In all other cases the customer is responsible for delivery costs for returning the product. 

The product photo may differ slightly from the purchased product.

Returned products must be in the condition in which you received them. They must never have been worn or washed and still have their original labels and packaging. You have 15 working days after receipt of your order to request any exchange or refund by e-mail or telephone. If you request a refund you should be aware that the initial shipping costs will not be refunded upon return. 

*Note that for hygiene reasons, swimsuits, underwear, ski goggles, collars and hoods are not exchangeable or refundable.

Only regular priced items are refundable.

Items on sale up to 30% off. NO REFUNDS, they can only be exchanged or credited in shop.

 CLEARANCE items (30% off and more) are considered FINAL SALE. NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR CREDITS can be applied.

Product out of stock: We are constantly working to update the inventory on our site. However, sometimes a product may go out of stock while we are processing your order. If this is the case, you will be notified immediately by email. You will be offered a replacement or your payment will be refunded. It is therefore important to check your emails in the days following your order.
