Refund policy

Returns policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, an exchange for an item of the same value or a refund is possible. Boutique Garceau undertakes to pay the delivery costs for a return if the merchandise is received damaged or if there is an error in the order. In all other cases the customer is responsible for the delivery costs for the return of the product.

Returned products must be in the condition in which you received it. They must never have been worn or washed and still have their original labels and packaging. You have a period of 15 working days after receiving your order to request by email or phone any exchange or refund. If you are requesting a refund, you should know that the initial shipping costs will not be refunded to you on a return.

*Note that for hygienic reasons, swimsuits, underwear, ski goggles, collars and balaclavas are not exchangeable or refundable.

Only regular priced items are refundable.

Items on sale up to 30% off. NO REFUNDS, they can only be exchanged or credited in store.

LIQUIDATION items (30% off and +) are considered FINAL SALE. NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR CREDIT can be applied.

Out of stock products: We are constantly working to update the inventory of our site. Nevertheless, it could happen that a product falls out of stock while we are processing your order. If this were the case, you would be notified immediately by email. A replacement proposal would be made to you or your payment would be refunded. It is therefore important to check your emails in the days following your order.
