The stiff-flexing Atomic Hawx Ultra XTD 120 BOA freeride touring ski boot is a versatile, low-volume ski boot for those exploring the entire mountain. Uphill touring features and downhill performance combine in this narrow 98mm last. The micro-adjustable BOA® Fit System wraps the lower shell around the foot for a precise fit. This boot is built with Prolite technology, a slim profile with additional reinforcement in critical areas for solid downhill performance. Memory Fit allows for a personalized fit of the shell and cuff, along with the Mimic Platinum liner, which molds to the contours of your foot once thermoformed. The Power Ankle Lock, or PAL, in the liner adds a dense layer around the ankle to hold your heel in place for optimal performance. The Adaptive Fit System (AFS) tongue can be repositioned for a perfect fit on your foot and shin. The cuff offers 54° of natural movement for a relaxed stride and comfort while standing. This hiking boot features the Free/Lock 4.5 system, a robust ski/walk mechanism that securely locks the cuff to the shell and offers an adjustable forward lean angle.
