The Atomic Icon 12 binding uses the same technology as the World Cup, but has been designed for young racers who need control and power on the course.
For junior competitors on the rise, the Icon 12 has a DIN range of 4 to 12. TÜV certified, it features the same technology as an elite-level World Cup binding, but with weights and performance levels adapted to young skiers competing primarily in slalom and giant slalom. The centralized power transfer technology places the boot precisely over the ski, and a wide platform allows children to maintain total control of their skis in the gates, while the Race Pedal allows the sole to rest directly on the AFD plate for powerful energy transfer. Steel and fiberglass-reinforced PA materials make the unit strong and durable without adding weight. This binding comes with an additional GripWalk pedal in the box.
