The Aviator 2.0 is a directional twin built to charge, designed for advanced all-mountain riders who love to carve turns and launch off anything on the mountain.
Construction
- Boost Surf Core: A triple-density full-length wood core featuring bamboo, paulownia, and poplar from responsibly managed forests. Bamboo stringers along the sidecut improve durability, edge response, and torsional stiffness, while the paulownia keeps the core light and dampened.
- Koroyd: Sourced from aerospace technology, this synthetic material is the lightest Jones has ever tested for dampening. It absorbs vibrations and reduces swing weight in the tips for faster, smoother turns.
- Triax Fiberglass: A multi-axis, triple-layer laminate that provides a precise and powerful ride with a mid-stiff torsional flex for superior response in variable snow.
- BComp Carbon and Flax Stringer: Carbon provides remarkable pop and flax absorbs vibrations while reducing CO2 emissions compared to an all-carbon stringer.
- Premium Eco Topsheet: A durable, scratch-resistant bioplastic derived from castor beans, designed for exceptional resistance to abrasion and impacts.
- Sintered 8000 Base: Ultra-fast, highly wax-absorbent, easy to repair, and among the most durable in the industry.
- Bio-Resin: An epoxy with 27% plant-based carbon, which reduces CO2 emissions by 33% compared to conventional petroleum-based epoxy.
- Recycled ABS: Rounded-finish recycled ABS sidewalls that reduce topsheet chipping and impact damage.
- Recycled Edges: Recycled German steel edges designed for maximum durability.
- Wend Natural Wax: Factory waxed and ready to ride.
