Description
Description
The Orion binding is designed for fun-focused freeriders looking for a comfortable and durable freeride binding with a medium-soft flex that's ready for freestyle. The Orion features SKATETECH technology, which transfers energy directly to your edges, and a Progressive Flex highback, which is stiffer at the bottom and softer at the top for a precise yet playful feel.
Features
- Universal Mounting Disc: Compatible with traditional 4x4 inserts, 2x4, and the EST/Channel system.
- Comfort Foam Footpillow: Full-length EVA foam footbed that maximizes comfort and minimizes foot fatigue. The 3D molded surface offers excellent grip for any boot sole and prevents snow buildup.
- Progressive Flex Highback: Precise and playful response. Symmetrical, mid-wide profile and medium flex for carving, tweaking turns, and riding switch.
- Comfort Flex Ankle Straps: 3D molded to distribute pressure evenly and eliminate bite, and asymmetric for a custom fit. Flip-It strap compatible (freeride mode and surf mode).
- ZyTech Buckles: Bombproof buckles made from Zytel composite, with stainless steel levers and springs. The triple-action ladder design speeds up entry and release.
- Tool-less Strap Adjustment: Change strap length on the fly with a flick of the wrist.
- Hinge Connector: Keeps the ankle strap out of the way when you step into the binding.
- Pre-curved Ladders: Easier to align in the buckle so you can crank down quickly.
