Our best-selling classic, the Leader Jacket is designed for the budding alpine skier. Don't be fooled by the size of this jacket, as it's packed with features like "Small to Tall" gusseted cuffs that extend up to 1 ½ inches, removable hood with interior gaiter, taped seams of critically and a 10k/10k stretch recycled fabric. EXO Shield laminate and a 120g EXO Thermo warm layer. Featuring some of the same men's jackets, the Leader ensures your little hottie will lead the pack in happy comfort, whatever the weather.
