Description
Most mountain bike tires for children are either too heavy or lack performance. The Maxxis Snyper is the exception to the rule. Its center knobs feature a ramped profile to reduce rolling resistance, while its aggressive side knobs boost young riders' confidence in corners. The Snyper incorporates lightweight SilkShield material to provide bead-to-bead puncture protection.
SilkShield
Maxxis SilkShield is an exclusive protection material that offers bead-to-bead protection, unlike Silkworm, which only protects the area under the tread. Both technologies improve puncture and tear resistance without adding excessive weight.
Performance:
Rolling Speed: 3/5
Cornering Control: 3/5
Braking Traction: 3/5
Features:
Compound: Dual
Casing: 60 TPI SilkShield
Tire Type: Clincher
Bead: Folding
