Description

With side knobs borrowed from the legendary Minion DHF, but widened to offer more support, the DHR II's corners are unlike any other. The center tread features ramped leading edges to improve acceleration and sipes to create a smooth transition when leaning the bike. Paddle-shaped knobs on the center tread dig in under hard braking and help keep the bike under control.

Pair it with a Minion DHF on the front for the ultimate aggressive trail tire combo! The Minion DHF is available in trail, enduro, and downhill specifications.

EXO

An extremely cut-resistant and abrasion-resistant material added to the sidewalls of select mountain bike tires. This densely woven fabric is also lightweight and highly flexible, ensuring that the tire's performance is not affected. Choose EXO Protection for exceptionally rocky and hazardous trails where the risk of cuts and abrasions to the sidewalls is high.

3C MAXXTERRA

An intermediate compound configuration used in select mountain bike tires. 3C MaxxTerra is softer and offers more traction than 3C MaxxSpeed, while still providing better tread wear and less rolling resistance than MaxxGrip.

TUBELESS

Tubeless tires offer the rider many advantages: the ability to run lower air pressure, which improves traction; lower rolling resistance compared to a tube-type tire; and less chance of flatting because there is no tube. Liquid sealants should only be used in the following tire types: tubeless road, tubular, and tubeless ready.

The use of liquid sealants in any other Maxxis tire will void the warranty.
