The Blackburn Central Seatpost Rack adds locking functionality to our versatile seatpost mounted design. You have the option of attaching side rails to mount panniers. No frame support is needed with this rack, and it can accommodate seat posts with a diameter between 22mm and 32mm. It has a load capacity of 22 pounds.
