Description
Description
The Blaze 86 builds on what the other models are known for: lightness, versatility, and agility. Without Titanal, it is livelier and slightly lighter. Designed for quick, tight turns, its 3D radius sidecut also handles steeper terrain, higher speeds, and longer arcs with ease. Suspension tips and tails provide stability, add lift, and increase off-piste protection.
A modern construction focused on sustainability improves its performance: bio-based resin reduces environmental impact, flax-carbon elements improve damping and smoothness, an FSC-certified wood core increases stability, and multidirectional glass layers boost responsiveness—all while contributing to a reduced CO2 footprint.
The Blaze 86 is also an excellent option for touring, offering great downhill performance for minimal weight. With its light wood core, it climbs efficiently and provides an intuitive, playful feel on the way down, except in very deep snow.
