Access Spike Traction Device

The Access Spike is our working horse traction device, designed for performance on all trails, whether you're on a winter training run in the mountains, or for a summer alpine scramble on varied technical terrain. Drawing on our extensive experience in climbing crampon design, the Distance Spike features 14 crampons that have an optimized length of 8mm, designed to provide excellent engagement on snow and ice, with improved stability on rock and hard surfaces. The cleats are made of stainless steel and are heat treated for superior strength, corrosion and wear. The Access features a full elastomer harness for optimal shoe adaptability and includes a heel strap loop for easy on/off heel identification.
