Maximum rim and tire protection. The Air-Liner is a high-quality polymer insert, which replaces part of the tire's air volume. This feature, combined with the shape, provides an adjustable system that improves the performance of your ride. The Air-Liner destroys the traditional trade-off between stability and grip, and allows your tires to remain stable, grippy and controlled, even at low pressures.
The Air-Liner is designed from a round cross section, with channels on the top and bottom. The upper channel accommodates the adjustable inner tube which sits directly under the tire tread. Upon impact, the edges of the channel corners first flex, then gradually extend toward the thicker part, as the tire is compressed. This allows the tread to remain flexible, increasing traction, without sacrificing impact resistance. The bottom channel allows for easy adjustment of the inner tube and ensures full compatibility with all valve styles. The round shape of the cross section mimics the natural shape of the tire and allows for a greater contact area with the sidewalls of the tire carcass. The tire's side-to-side stability is increased, but the tread remains soft and grippy. This improves cornering, climbing and braking performance.

- Protection: The wheel and tire are protected by the Air-Liner insert. By cushioning impacts inside the tire, your expensive rim remains protected, while eliminating punctures caused by impacts on the rim.
- Control: The Air-Liner insert replaces the volume of air in the tire. The reduction in air volume allows the tire to compress and rebound in a more controlled manner than standard tubeless systems.
- Performance: The tire's side-to-side stability is increased, but the tread remains supple and grippy. This improves cornering, climbing and braking performance.
- Durability: This highly durable polymer material has been tested for an expected lifespan of 2000 hours under normal driving conditions, or a full hour of flat descent with a typical driver.
The Air-Liner is available in 4 sizes, and is compatible with all tire brands and models.
