The result is a running sock specially designed to provide optimal ventilation and protection against blister as you race towards your next record. The engineered weave is light and airy, quickly wicking away moisture so your feet stay cool and dry, even in warmer conditions. An all-new, wider "toe box" toe box provides a more ergonomic fit and better proprioception, allowing the toes to intuitively grip landing for a natural, fluid stride. Fine mesh around the ankle provides targeted support as you pick up the pace, while terry cloth padding on the big toe keeps you from blackened toenails on longer runs. The medium arch support stimulates microcirculation and prevents the fabric from twisting and folding, saving you from painful blisters and chafing. On the Achilles tendon, two lines of 3D.Dots add protection and support. They surround a row of brand new Flat.Dots for better ventilation. Underfoot, a pattern of 3D.Dots (75%) and Flat.Dots (25%) cushions impacts and provides additional grip and ventilation, as well as slight micro-stimulation, helping to increase venous return and delay fatigue as the miles accumulate. Height is lower than trail and bike models, with fit and technologies specifically designed for the demands of road racing . An ergonomic tab at the back adds a touch of comfort and style and, if you forget what activity you're about to go out for, discipline is discreetly embroidered inside.
