The Garneau Oversleeves 2 are made of brushed HeatMaxx fabric that effectively repels moisture. In addition, this four-way stretch fabric helps retain as much of your body heat as possible. Flatlock seams reduce friction and discomfort, while silicone bicep grips ensure the sleeves stay in place. Finally, the reflective Garneau logo on the cuffs allows you to be seen in low light conditions.
