With the Atomic Hawx Magna XTD 130 GW, freeride skiers with wide feet can explore the entire terrain and beyond. Lightweight, easy to step in and offering solid downhill performance, these hybrid boots pack a very compact 102mm of volume and a flex of 130. By adopting a thinner profile and then reinforcing key power transfer zones, Prolite technology creates a stable boot for skiers who like to go big. The Mimic Platinum liner of these boots is pre-shaped around the ankle and heel and can be customized for optimal comfort, thanks to heat-moldable Mimic technology. The Power Ankle Lock (PAL) system contours to the ankle to keep the heel in place for the long haul. Memory Fit heat-mold allows for customization of the shell, liner and cuff. If you need more space in the calf, remove the spoiler from the AFS Adaptive Fit System cuff and reposition the AFS tongue for a perfect fit on your foot and shin. The natural movement for touring requires a 54° range of motion in the cuff. The Free/Lock 4.5 is Atomic's most robust ski walking mechanism with an adjustable forward lean. GripWalk soles are compatible with MN, MNC, and insert bindings.
