Very light and extremely versatile, the Alpine Start Hoody is a softshell jacket in stretch Schoeller® fabric. Ultra breathable, it offers protection against bad weather and is intended for mountaineers and climbers looking to carry as little weight as possible.
Gusset construction provides complete freedom of movement; the hood which fits perfectly over your climbing helmet is an additional asset against bad weather, especially when the wind picks up in the afternoon. This very compact jacket can be folded into the chest pocket and a carabiner allows you to attach it to your harness and take it with you on a route.
