For dry and compact courses and trails, Maxxis has developed the Griffin. The tread pattern is less aggressive than other tires in our lineup, but it still uses a durable casing that is a hallmark of Maxxis tires.

Maxxis' 3C MaxxGrip compound uses the stickiest, slowest rebound rubber we offer in a mountain bike tire. This high traction compound is the same compound used by our top Downhill World Cup and Enduro World Series athletes and is now available in a variety of casing configurations to cover all types of riders.
