Description
Description
Xavier De Le Rue's XV SPLIT remains a benchmark in the performance freeride segment. This new version features the same directional shape, thicker reverse flex under the front foot, pintail, AmpTek Elite camber profile, RadCut, and high-density sliced sole as the solid version, but benefits from the lightweight new GreenLightPop core. A compelling proposition for anyone who dreams of climbing as much as descending.
Explosive pop and stability
The AmpTek Elite Rocker profile increases pop and improves edge stability
Smooth transitions from back to front
RadCut is a unique combination of positive, or classic, curve radii between the feet and multiple reverse radii at the insert exits, to allow the board's contact point with the snow to move with the rider's speed in real time and optimize the trajectory at all times. The board becomes more maneuverable at slower speeds and more stable at higher speeds.
Controlled power and maneuverability
A Super Directional Inverted flex profile that is very stiff under the front foot for trajectory control and power, less stiff in the waist for greater stability at high speeds and softer in the heel for snow feel and maneuverability
Power and Shock Absorption
Our stiffest flex for maximum freeride power and improved shock absorption regardless of terrain or snow type
Touch of snow and lightness
The combination of Light Poplar and Bamboo slats significantly reduces the weight of our new GreenLightPop core while facilitating edge-to-back/edge-to-front transitions.
Sustainable development approach
100% of Rossignol snowboard wood cores come from sustainably managed forests
A blend of Lightweight Poplar and Bamboo to significantly reduce core weight while retaining its original shock absorption and grip properties.
